濟(jì)南電纜橋架內(nèi)電纜的固定應(yīng)符合相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)范的規(guī)定

　　1、水平安裝的橋架支架間距宜為 1.5m，垂直安裝的橋架支架間距不應(yīng)大于2m；

　　2、采用金屬吊架固定時，圓鋼或絲桿不得小于 8mm，并應(yīng)有防晃支架，在分支處或端部 0.3-0.5m 處應(yīng)有固定支架 ； 3、安裝在地下室等潮濕場所的支架應(yīng)按要求進(jìn)行防腐處理；4、橋架支架按要求作倒角處理；橋架支架應(yīng)在地下室橫向、縱向區(qū) 域與消防管道及風(fēng)管支架一條線布置確保美觀、整齊；5、橋架在走廊通道安裝時，應(yīng)在一側(cè)預(yù)留大于等于 300mm 的空間用 于檢修；驗收節(jié)點(diǎn)1、金屬線槽不應(yīng)作為設(shè)備接地導(dǎo)體，當(dāng)設(shè)計無要求時，金屬線槽全 長不少于 2 處與 PE 線連接，鍍鋅線槽間的連接板的兩端不跨接接地 線，但連接板兩端不少于 2 個防松螺母或防松墊圈的連接固定螺栓； 橋架在變形縫處應(yīng)安裝伸縮節(jié)；槽架蓋在變形縫處獨(dú)立安裝（長 300mm）；2、非鍍鋅電纜橋架間連接板的兩端跨接銅芯導(dǎo)線或編織銅線小截 面積不小于 4mm?；當(dāng)鋼制電纜橋架直線長度超過 30m，鋁合金電纜橋 架超過 15m 時，或當(dāng)電纜橋架經(jīng)過建筑伸縮（沉降）縫時應(yīng)留有20~30mm 補(bǔ)償余量，其連接宜采用伸縮連接板；驗收節(jié)點(diǎn)

　　1、橋架安裝前根據(jù)管線深化確定的標(biāo)高，應(yīng)在混凝土及磚墻上預(yù)留橋架孔洞（預(yù)留洞尺寸：橋架長+50mm，橋架寬+50mm）2、地下室強(qiáng)弱電橋架穿越相鄰防火分區(qū)，依據(jù)建筑防火規(guī)范，需對 橋架穿墻洞口處進(jìn)行防火封堵；

　　1.
