The cable tray should not be installed above the corrosive gas pipeline and heat pipe and below the corrosive liquid pipeline, otherwise, anti-corrosion and heat insulation measures should be taken. Therefore, the correct installation method should be followed in every step of installation.

電纜橋架中布線需注意：

Attention should be paid to the wiring in cable tray:

1.電纜橋架布線時(shí)，電纜不應(yīng)有黃麻或其他易延燃材料外護(hù)層。

1. When cable tray is used for indoor wiring, the cable shall not be provided with jute or other flame retardant materials.

2.在潮濕的場(chǎng)所或防腐蝕地方采用電纜橋架布線時(shí)，應(yīng)根據(jù)不同采取相應(yīng)的防護(hù)措施，并宜選用塑料護(hù)套電纜。

2. When cable tray is used for wiring in wet places or anti-corrosion places, corresponding protective measures should be taken according to different conditions, and plastic sheathed cables should be selected.

3.電纜橋架安裝時(shí)的距地高度一般不宜低于2．50m，垂直安裝時(shí)距地1．80m以下部分應(yīng)加金屬蓋板保護(hù)，但敷設(shè)在電氣專(zhuān)用房間（如配電室，電氣豎井、技術(shù)層等）內(nèi)時(shí)除外。

3. The height of cable tray from the ground should not be less than 2.50M during installation. When installing vertically, the part below 1.80m above the ground should be protected by metal cover plate, except when it is laid in special electrical room (such as distribution room, electrical shaft, technical layer, etc.).

4.電纜橋架水平安裝時(shí)，宜按荷載曲線選取跨距進(jìn)行支撐，跨距一般為1．5～3m。垂直敷設(shè)時(shí)，其固定點(diǎn)間距不宜大于2m。

4. When the cable tray is installed horizontally, the best span should be selected according to the load curve, and the span is generally 1.5-3m. When laying vertically, the spacing between fixed points should not be greater than 2m.

5.幾組電纜橋架在同一高度平行安裝時(shí)，各相鄰電纜橋架間應(yīng)考慮維護(hù)、檢修距離。

5. When several groups of cable trays are installed in parallel at the same height, the maintenance and overhaul distance between adjacent cable trays shall be considered.

6.在電纜橋架上可以無(wú)間距敷設(shè)電纜，電纜在橋架內(nèi)橫斷面的填充率：電力電纜不應(yīng)大于40％；控制電纜不應(yīng)大于50％。

6. The cable can be laid on the cable tray without interval. The filling rate of the cable in the cross section of the cable tray: the power cable should not be greater than 40%; the control cable should not be greater than 50%.
