山東電纜橋架選擇安裝注意事項(xiàng)：

　　1．電纜橋架的大載荷、支撐間距應(yīng)小于允許載荷和支撐跨距。

　　2．橋架的安裝應(yīng)以規(guī)范為準(zhǔn)，目前可參照《電纜橋架安裝圖集86SD169》進(jìn)行。橋架在安裝過(guò)程中嚴(yán)禁載人，如現(xiàn)場(chǎng)情況確有必要時(shí)，必須有保障設(shè)施方可載人，本事項(xiàng)對(duì)于不合格或非的操作人員尤為重要。

　　3．橋架的立柱、托臂等支架可與基礎(chǔ)預(yù)埋件焊接固定，也可采用膨脹螺栓固定，對(duì)于現(xiàn)場(chǎng)焊接處一定要做好防腐處理，通常由用戶現(xiàn)場(chǎng)涂刷防腐漆。

　　4．電纜橋架水平敷設(shè)時(shí)，橋架間的對(duì)接處距支承點(diǎn)的距離應(yīng)在跨距的1／4以內(nèi)，對(duì)于大跨距橋架好放在支承架上對(duì)接，在有彎通或三通的地方則需單獨(dú)增加支承點(diǎn)，垂直方向的托臂每隔1．5m設(shè)一固定點(diǎn)。

　　5．橋架內(nèi)的電纜應(yīng)用電纜卡帶、或金屬電纜卡子進(jìn)行分組固定。對(duì)于水平敷設(shè)的電纜通常每隔2m左右作一固定點(diǎn)；對(duì)于垂直敷設(shè)的電纜應(yīng)每隔1—1．5m固定一次，在改變標(biāo)高的端部也應(yīng)予以固定。

　　6．電纜橋架按電力施工規(guī)范要求應(yīng)進(jìn)行良好接地，對(duì)于鍍鋅電纜橋架無(wú)須有專門接地裝置，其本體即可作為接地干線；對(duì)于表面進(jìn)行非金屬處理的橋架則必須有專門的接地裝置；橋架的接地線可用VV-16mm2電纜或等截面的銅編織線，該線通常由用戶自備，如由本廠供貨，則應(yīng)在合同中注明，長(zhǎng)距離的電纜橋架每隔30—50m接地一次。
